About the Event
The Coaching for Growth Masterclass is a one day interactive training event, which focuses upon the identification of core coaching skills, and how you can incorporate these skills into your life, to motivate others and stimulate self-directed learning. The masterclass consists of direct teaching, experiential learning, and skills practice. The coaching masterclass offers you an opportunity to add to your professional skill-set, with the added value of providing a self development experience. You will also develop resources to enhance your own and others performance.
We provide a friendly, interactive and attentive environment to stimulate your experiential learning through a synthesis of didactic delivery, discussion and debate.
With a strong commitment to small group learning, we limit our training numbers to 9 or less for this coaching masterclass.
