Clinical Supervision and Consultation
Nicola is a qualified and experienced supervisor within the fields of therapy and coaching. Working with individual therapists and coaches on a 1:1 basis, and also with organisations offering coaching supervision within teams.
Nicola specialises as an external supervisor to the NHS offering coaching supervision to senior consultants and leaders who have trained as coaches. Many of whom have undertaken the Nine Teaching coach training qualification, which is externally accredited by The Association for Coaching.
Nicola specialises as a reflective clinical supervisor of multi-disciplinary teams in the areas of palliative care and cancer service specialities, to facilitate the development of resilience.

Nicola also leads on training in psychological skills within cancer care at a national level for unregistered health care workers. An incredibly valuable workforce who support patients who are dealing with cancer. Nicola consults on this project in association with Macmillan and the Cheshire Merseyside Cancer Alliance Academy.
Nicola also acts as a consultant to the NHS and other organisations advising on mental health within the areas of wellbeing, raising resilience and the prevention of burnout and occupational trauma.
