The Association for Coaching Accredited Award in Coaching (AACT) provides a
comprehensive six-day intensive training in the core competences of
professional coaching.
The AACT comprises of learning outcomes that are delivered via four core modules:
Module One: Framing a formal coaching process
Module Two: Cultivating coaching presence: developing a coaching skillset
Module Three: Integration and application of a coaching model
Module Four: Coaching in context: Partnering with organisations and facilitating leadership growth
