Have you ever been invited to do a podcast? If not, let me try to describe the experience. Imagine going for a job interview, but you have been invited to interview for a job you haven't applied for. You've no job description, not been told how long the interview will last, or have any idea what areas the questions will focus on. But you show up anyway! It's certainly an iterative and stretching experience. Can't wait to do it again!
